Blue and white, vintage resort graphics, warm wood: the winter-sports poster brings mountain air into the city. Palette, hanging and materials for a chalet interior.
Cote d'Azur, Alps, Brittany: France's railway companies produced between 1900 and 1950 the finest tourist posters ever made. A story of competition that raised the bar.
Before sports photography, illustration ruled the sporting poster. An aesthetic of gesture and speed that still works in any interior.
This collection is being curated. The first works will land in the coming weeks.
